Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team is a global company that is looking for an inside Sales Representative to be responsible for generating leads and meeting sales goals. We are looking for candidates who are coachable, ambitious, driven, and are interested in learning about the dog training business. Duties will include (but are not limited to) sales presentations and product demonstrations, market research, development, and promotion of the Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team brand.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and have superb interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a sales role is a must. To be successful in this role you will be proactive, innovative, positive, and passionate about dogs, the value of our service, and driven to help clients.

Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team has been in the business of keeping dogs out of shelters and in safe and happy homes since 1987. With trainers across 18 states and a vision to place them around the world, we are looking for candidates that are looking to grow and develop alongside our organization.

Sales Representative Responsibilities:

  • Generating leads

  • Work closely and build rapport with prospects, clients, and the many referral sources

  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals

  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs

  • Understanding and promoting company programs

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders

  • Meeting with clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services

  • Maintaining client records

  • Gather market intelligence concerning competitive activity, products, and customer requirements

  • Answering client questions about service, products, prices, and availability

  • Conducting consultations with potential clients via Zoom platform

 Compensation:

·     Our compensation plan rewards solid performance.

·     Base pay with strong commission, averaging $125,000 a year

 Qualifications:

·     High school diploma or equivalent

·     Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

·     2+ years of sales experience

·     Proficient in using digital platforms for virtual calls (i.e. Zoom)

·     Knowledge about dogs (Having a background working with dogs is a plus.)

The position is to ensure excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Candidates must have a flexible work schedule for our daylight shift from 9am to 5pm, an evening shift from 1pm to 9pm and must have availability on some Saturdays from 9am to 3pm. Manager of Marketing Operations

Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team is a Cleveland-based professional dog training service provider. We have been focused on keeping dogs out of shelters and in happy homes since 1987. Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team is headquartered in Cleveland, OH but we have trainers across the country. We are currently looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations.

As Manager of Marketing Operations, you will help shape the marketplace perception of Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team supporting sustainable growth. In this role, you will serve as a key member of the LDTT team to support and help shape future strategy as well as align on execution and implementation of specific objectives. You will also serve as an important collaborator with the network of trainers.

What You Will Do

You will influence LDTT brand strategy, including best practice marketing strategies to achieve short and long-Term objectives and priorities for the business and our network of trainers. As part of the development and execution of the LDTT Brand and Marketing strategy, you will help champion all of the above, providing clarity, direction, leadership, management, and guidance to our marketing efforts.

You will be responsible for driving Brand and Digital growth, planning, development, and execution for all aspects of Brand Marketing, including advertising, creative, public relations, media, social, digital, direct to consumer, and business to business.

How You Will Make A Difference

· Develop and maintain a "best in class" marketing process, ensuring appropriate metric-driven results to support the company's growth plans. 

· Optimize the marketing department's budget for the greatest ROI/achievement against agreed strategic objectives. Prioritize spending and direct the marketing department’s actions against the most significant opportunity and return areas. Manage budget to agreed targets, maintaining appropriate flexibility for mid-year adjustment in accordance with market conditions.

· Provide a Marketing Support program that supports the LDTT network of trainers and partners.

· Stay current and informed on the latest methodologies relating to data analytics, data science, consumer insights, and engagement – utilize same to enhance the ongoing consumer experience while optimizing marketing spend / activities

Qualifications and Skills

  • BS degree in Business/Marketing or related discipline. 

  • 3-5 years of business to consumer marketing experience. 

  • Experience with digital marketing, social media, and email marketing preferred. 

  • Targeted geographic marketing and partner development marketing experience a plus 

  • Superior understanding of consumer behavior, track record of utilizing the same to formulate differentiated, winning strategies

  • Intellectual curiosity, progressive thinking, knowledge of current trends

  • Outstanding project management skills (projects involving internal and external stakeholders/network) with the ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workloads. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to champion initiatives internally and externally. Ability to communicate with internal stakeholders and external agencies. 

  • Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated. 

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft 365. Advanced expertise in PowerPoint and Excel. Google Analytics, CRM/Marketing Automation software, and knowledge of creative software a plus (i.e., Adobe Creative Suite). 

  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment. Results-oriented with a hands-on orientation.
