Joe Dybala

Joe Dybala was born and raised in Toledo, OH. He now resides in Cleveland, Ohio. Joe grew up with a genuine love for dogs and he always had at least one dog in his household.

Throughout high school, Joe worked many restaurant jobs. He had a passion for cooking. While living in West Palm Beach, FL he obtained his culinary degree. Shortly after his completion of his degree he decided to return to Ohio to be closer to family.  Joe met his wife while working as a cook in Toledo. He and his wife together adopted two Shepherd/Labrador mixes who they named Magic and Niko. When Joe wasn’t working at the restaurant, he was spending time with his dogs. It was these two dogs, and the challenges of them being two male littermates, that really made Joe develop an interest in the study of dog psychology. He took on the challenge of personally training these two and worked at it diligently on a daily basis. He learned so much from working with the two of them that he started taking what he was learning and applying it to helping other people with their dogs. It brought Joe happiness to know that he could help, and did it whenever he could.

A few years later Joe and his wife moved to Cleveland and welcomed their first son. Joe met one of the Lorenzo's Dog Training Team Trainers through his local Veterinarian. The trainer connected with Joe and shared with him the opportunity of becoming a trainer himself. It was something Joe just couldn’t pass up. With the support of his wife, he traded in his chef’s coat for a Lorenzo's Dog Training Team Polo and he became a professional trainer. Through the company, Joe also met his four-legged business partner, Summer, who completed his pack. Summer spends her days working side by side with Joe as his best friend and demo dog.

Joe is very passionate about helping dogs and people. He has never been happier than working with Lorenzo's Dog Training Team. His goals are to help as many dogs and owners as he possibly can, and to become a Master Trainer with the company.

Outside of work, Joe likes to watch NBA Basketball, go fishing, explore woods and parks, and spending time with family and friends. His favorite part of everyday is his morning walk with his dogs
