René Stephan

Rene Stephan was born in Ontario, Canada, and currently resides in San Jose, California. His love of dogs seems to have been a passion for him for most of his life. While working as a professional football player in the CFL, he struggled with animal aggression in his own dog. After going through and being less than satisfied with numerous other dog training companies, his mother found Lorenzo’s Dog Training Team. Rene was absolutely thrilled with the results and he wanted to give other people the peace that came from having a well-trained dog. So, he decided to join the team himself.

“I love LDTT because the team aspect of the business is unmatched The support from all the trainers, all the way up to Lorenzo, has pushed me to be a better trainer, person and friend in every aspect of my life. I love working with dogs and helping owners achieve a life they never knew was possible with their dogs. I like the challenge of building a business while having multiple mentors on the team to guide me along the way. I couldn’t ask for a better team/family to be a part of in my professional life. I am so grateful every day that I found LDTT and have been able to build my career doing something I truly love and I am passionate about.”

He has a lot of goals in life, some of which include being able to take care of his parents and younger brother, buying his first home and living debt free, and traveling to exciting destinations. When Rene isn’t training dogs, he likes to work out snowboard, hike, listen to music, and read.
